Dani established THE resources HUB (THErh) in 2012, having left a senior role within the recruitment industry and took the 'plunge' in establishing her own career development, recruitment and talent management company - with a 'twist'.

THE resources HUB (THErh) is a careers, talent, recruitment, branding and training consultancy company dedicated to the resources industries including (but not limited to) civil, construction, mining and oil and gas. The aim of THErh is to provide effective 'employment lifecycle' management solutions to clients through relationship direction and business understanding; in order to be the central 'HUB' in providing career development, recruitment, human resources, training and associated managed services.
